Club Gold Interactive Marketing is a leading loyalty marketing company in China focused on travel and hospitality industry. Founded in 1997, Club Gold has been successfully operating loyalty programs and VIP Clubs with about 100 premium hotels and resorts, as well as providing loyalty program consulting services and solutions to leading travel and hospitality groups in China. Club Gold’s strength lies in our ability to offer a complete loyalty solution from consulting, customer acquisition, program operation, integrated technology, customer service and action driven communication strategy.

We have built a very solid business infrastructure in the industry, which includes 15 offices in major cities for membership acquisition and customer service; an in-house technology team to constantly upgrade technologies and systems; a dedicated marketing team to work with major media, trade and affiliate partners to promote our partners and our programs; a 24*7 customer service center providing reservations, direct response marketing, customer care and survey, and customer inquiry and help.

Through over 10 years operation of VIP clubs with premium hotels all over China, we have created a large database of high end consumers in major cities and have accumulated a growing network of over 500,000 members who are frequent guests of premium hotels and resorts. All members can access to our member club named “ Club LoHo” , which offers benefits and privileges across all our partner hotels and programs, plus discounts and offerings from a selection of travel and lifestyle products provided by our affiliate partners. Up to date program information, member offerings, travel ideas and information, themed travel packages will be published on our dedicated member magazines and website( www.clubloho.com), and our customer service associates who are close to the members will actively provide more interactive communications with the members.

Our company has been headquartered in Beijing, with a technology and operation facility in Wuhan, and offices in 15 cities in China, total employees around 300. In 2010, Clubgold entered the social game industry and launched Playnow Studio(a BVI registered company), focusing on game development and operation on social platform such as facebook, myspace and etc. Loyalty is our passion, in an increasingly competitive market, we are working hard to create new ways to generate loyal customers and incremental business to our partners, and to offer greater value to our members, both for today and for the future.
